How should I store my olive oil and balsamic vinegar?
To maintain freshness, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from heat sources like the stove. Our extra virgin olive oil is best consumed within 18-24 months of harvest and within 3-6 months after opening.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our products within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
Are your olive oils cold-pressed?
Yes, all of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are first-cold pressed at our mill in Queen Creek, Arizona, ensuring the highest level of antioxidants and flavor retention.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our artisanal food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select the gift option and enter a personalized message which will be printed on the packing slip (prices are hidden on gift shipments).
